Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Items can be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 14 working days of delivery. Hair must be unopened and in original packaging.
  
  

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked courier.
  
  

• Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your return (shipping excluded).
  
  

• Returns between 14–30 days receive store credit. No refunds after 30 days.

• Coloured, toned, tinted, or chemically treated hair cannot be returned.
