5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are typically shipped within 3 working days. Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be dispatched the next working day.

  • We do not operate on Irish or UK public holidays, and our offices and warehouse are closed on these days.

  • All orders are shipped via DPD. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or public holidays.

6. Special Orders

  • Some products may be classified as special order items. These may take longer to process and ship. Customers will be informed of any extended delivery timeframe.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (including tape-in extensions) may not be eligible for return once opened.

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
