Order Processing
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 working days. If your order is placed before 10:00 AM, we aim to dispatch it the next working day but we cannot guarantee this. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Public Holidays
Please note that we do not operate on Irish or UK public holidays. Our offices and warehouse are closed on these days, and no orders will be processed or shipped.

Courier
All orders are shipped via DPD, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Standard Shipping
Standard items are shipped promptly and should arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Special Orders
Some products may be special order items. These can take longer to process and ship. If your order contains a special order item, we will notify you with an estimated delivery timeframe or you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to addresses within Ireland and the UK only.
